  5. These are TMPL resources to be installed in either
  6. your ResEdit or ResEdit Preferences files.  They allow
  7. your copy of ResEdit to make some (but not complete)
  8. sense of the following resource types (used by the 
  9. Communications Toolbox & Help Balloon System) :

  12. cbnd -  Comm Toolbox Resource Bundle
  13. fbnd -  Comm Toolbox Resource Bundle
  14. tbnd -  Comm Toolbox Resource Bundle
  15. hmnu -  Help Balloon Resource for Menus
  16. hdlg -  Help Balloon Resource for Dialogs
  17. hrct -  Help Balloon Rectangle List
  18. hovr -  Help Balloon Override List
  19. hfdr -  Help Balloon Resource for Finder Icons

  21. Information about these resources came from two
  22. documents distributed with Apple's SADerez 
  23. (CTBTypes.r and BalloonTypes.r)

  25. These documents may be publicly distributed as long as
  26. no charge is made for the distribution other than 
  27. reasonable charges for distribution medium (cost of 
  28. disk, connect time, etc.)
